Its modern equipment allows for spinning, weaving, finishing, and fabricating a full range of bedding products at an enormous scale. With automated cut and sew equipment we produce millions of sheets and pillowcases each year, with a variety of finishes and embellishments.

Recent capital improvements have led to major progress towards our stated sustainability goals:

• We installed an innovative treatment system, reducing our water discharge by 75% and eliminating the need for discharge through the Old Sea Pipeline and is a major step towards our sustainability goal of zero discharge by 2023.
• We have eliminated 90% of the use of sulphuric acid and reduced the impact of greenhouse gas emissions by 400 metric tons per year.
• From 2019-2021 we reduced all forms of energy usage to save over 7,000 metric tons of CO2, the equivalent to taking 1,500 cars off the road for an entire year.
• We have reduced our Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by over 13,000 metric tons since 2019.
• Over the last three years, we have averaged an overall recycling rate of 85% and over, including metals, plastics and cardboard.
• With an extensive chemical recovery program, in 2021, we recovered 5,186,496kg of 12% PVA and 1,348,801 litres of sodium hydroxide.
• Converted to 100% Better Cotton.
• OEKO-TEX Made In Green certified facility.
